On June 21, 2018 in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria was held the Eighteenth National Pedagogical Forum with international participation. Organizer was the Department for Information and In Service Teacher Training at the Trakia University, Stara Zagora. The department is a support partner in the InterCap project. The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Governor of the Stara Zagora Region and the management of the Thracian University. The theme of this year's edition was "Strategies and Collaboration for Sustainable Educational Policies".
Following the inaugural opening of the event, a round table on "Sustainable Development and Pro-Social Behaviour to Prevent School Leaving" was held. The round table was opened with the presentation of the InterCap project by Ass. Prof. Dipl. Eng. Christomir Zafirov, director of NGO “EURO-training” and lecturer at the Faculty of Education in Trakia University. Other initiatives and projects were also presented, after which a discussion took place.
The forum was widely reported by leading Bulgarian media - the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency, the Bulgarian National Radio, as well as Stara Zagora regional TV and four other online media.
